Demetrius was born in Germany and raised in Hinesville, Georgia. He earned his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Georgia State University and his law degree from Emory University in 2022, where he earned the Robert Beynart Award for Professionalism and Ethics, was named the Howard and Evelyn Fyr Scholar, was a member of the Black Law Students Association, and was the runner-up for the LGBT Bar Student Leadership Award.
Demetrius’ practice focuses on the defense of general, complex, motor vehicle, and trucking liability cases. His experience includes insurance coverage, declaratory judgment actions, and claims involving motor vehicle accidents, crane accidents, construction defects, premises liability, breach of contract, and workplace sexual assault.
He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta Bar Association, Stonewall Bar Association, and Lavendar Law.
