Dusty is a native of Harrisonburg, Virginia.  He received his undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University in 2008 and his law degree from Emory University in 2012, with honors, where he served as the Managing Editor of The Emory Law Journal.

Dusty has been named a Georgia “Rising Star” in civil litigation defense.  His practice focuses on the defense of general, complex, and motor vehicle liability cases. He has litigated claims involving misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, tortious interference, consumer protection, fraud, truth in lending, mortgage violations, and business disputes. 

Dusty and his wife, Kirsten, have two sons and one daughter.
